Exchanges

We offer full refunds for defective items. You can exchange or return any item purchased that has been damaged in-transit or with manufacturing defects within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, You should have the receipt or proof of purchase for your product. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must be returned in original packaging (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories within) Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation

Any cancellation requests for orders placed will be processed only if it is notified within 24 hours by contacting us. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation charges will be applied.
